Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Shop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
- Supervise and train shop staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment procurement
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Perform hands-on work as needed, including using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, mechanical repairs, and auto body work
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary

Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair
- Previous experience in auto restoration or automotive service
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
